  7. All blood work came back "normal", lupus is in remission/ inactive. Yay! Dr stopped Hydroxychloroquine plaquenil yesterday fearing it is now doing more harm than good. Over all I do feel it may have caused increased anxiety and depression and irritability.however lupus alone can trigger those symptoms I'm sure.

    I have sjogrens and the treatment is plaquenil hydroxychloroquine 200. We use Plaquenil hydroxychloroquine treatment for sjogren's but we need to have your sjogren's totally evaluated to see if additonal therapy is indicated. People with sjogren's can have additional manifestations such as lung, kidney, eye, parotid gland to name a few.
