When was plaquenil not enough anymore? lupus I'm on plaquenil now and was wondering when it wouldn't be enough anymore. My lupus has been a mixture of joints and inflammation around the heart and lungs. I was on quite the mix of drugs when I first started. Hopefully my lupus stays at this point for a long time, I'm not looking forward to my current meds not being enough.
